Kind of funny this got bumped last night, my boss was asking me about what he should do to start getting back in shape and I told him about Ross's site, handed him II to read and told him about NG and FTC. (I have them in my bag too, but I figure he can buy them
) I've also got a couple of the other guys out here very interested and one's already bought II.
