Ross Training or Gym Jones?

What style would be better for a boxer? I was reading gym jones site and him and ross use a lot of the same methods, however, gym jones looks more intense. What do you think, ross training, or gym jones?

Ross is extremely intense, and has given me great results, plus with him, he gives you the groundwork to make your own routines and even more intense then the already challenging exercises he gives you.

i dont know anything about gym jones, however I will say this about Ross.

Ross's stuff FREQUENTLY uses shadow boxing, the heavy bag, and jumping rope in the routines.

As a boxer it might be good to do a conditioning program that incorporates your sport.

all of the above, and ross started out as a boxer initially. if anything, id say his routines are even better for boxers than mma fighters (provided weight isnt too much of an issue)

Ross, but for less scientific reasons. He just seems like a much nicer, much more likable guy. He seems happy to help and answer emails and such. Gym Jones, well, for lack of better words, seem like elitist pricks.

Only know a bit about Gym Jones, so take this for what it's worth, but Ross by a mile.
