Ross training guys

Ive been doing Workouts off of Rosstraining.com. I really like the workouts they have listed in the article sections. im interested in mostly the cardio. Does his books show much more than the website??? is it worth buying the books, or just making my own workouts from the information on the website?

Its a whole different animal. Just search for posts about Ross here in the conditioning and the strength and power forum and you will get more posts than you can read.

The short answer is yes, go and buy them.

Dude you get a lot more out of the books then you will from his website. Oh yeah, the books have MUCH more information. The amount of information in them is incredible and put together well. He packs a ton of information into them. Did I mention the books have a lot of info in them? Yeah, get the books, you wont be dissapointed.

The 50-day program in his Infinite Intensity is awesome.

He goes in to TONS of details about why he chooses everything. He is a great guy and doesnt promote any products. He will also respond to your emails HIMSELF.

DO IT!

I want to know if there is any video of him fighting. After all, he has his Rossboxing site, but I have never heard of him actually fighting.

You would probably still benefit from II. You don't have to follow the 50 day plan(it's just there to get people started and understanding his concepts)but you should definitely be able to apply his principles and incorporate them into your current training schedule. Most of his workouts are fairly short too(doesn't mean they're easy)and I am able to complete them while still being able to do my MT and JJ training. Hell man, go ahead and get it, you wont be dissapointed.
