Ring worms

anyone had any experience with them? i recently got them from wrestling and i got 5 ring things size of 5p coins(uk money). ive been using a cream from the doctor since Friday and it still hasn't cleared up. ive also been using a special shampoo for a couple of days. any recommendations on how to get rid of it quickly?

What kind of cream did your doctor give you?

You know it's not actually a worm in there right? It's a fungal infection.

Go to CVS, tell the pharmacy and they will tell you what you need....or go to the doctor. A simple cream will help, I forget the name of the cream I used or I would say. takes like a week or so to heal, I've been told after 48hours of using the cream it can't spread anymore.

Get the oral version of Lamisil. The cream version never worked for me.

The oral version fucks up your liver. So if you're going to take it or already are, take milk thistle as well to help protect your liver.

It is hard on your liver, but was more than worth it for me. Definitely dont drink while you are taking it.

I tried various creams over a long time without results, and it actually started to spread more after I began using the creams. The oral form was the only thing that had any success in getting rid of it.

yeah the doctor explained that. for the first few days i actually thought i had a worm inside me lol .

the cream is Daktarin cream, miconazole nitrate. i cant really say that ive noticed any effects since using it and its getting annoying. i have it on my face too.
