It's been discussed before but I'm gonna be adding this to the Pro's thread.

I'd really like to see the numbers on what he is pushing when he does that. I mean, and hour is insane either way, but I still wanna see numbers.

it's a great concept. when i workout i dont take long breaks, of course nothing like that, but I like it. I like how it's nonstop and it's a circuit rotation, I might try to do something like that sometime see how it works. thanks for the vid

I think i have been conditioned into hating circuits just because of every lazy ass i've seen at gyms who does them because their PT's are too lazy or stupid to come up with something that is individual for tht person...

But this circuit i would like to actually give a shot just because of the intensity of it. It just looks like a terrificly brutal way to condition.

Holy sh*t that looks tough. Rich is one bad sob...that's just brutal.

I would love to be a personal trainer. I love workout programs but I hate most PT's...most of them are candy-a**ses giving their clients candy-a** routines...this PT seems to be different.

A grappling magazine a few months back had an interview with rich's strength coach where he talk more about that routine in detail. The weights are vary and the reps can go as high as 100 on some days.

Franklin's workout is just sickening. I can think of a million other things I'd rather do than that.
