I'm really not sure what your asking...but i'll just say you'll start getting in shape when you eat clean, frequently, and find an exercise program that works for you...

You actually lose very little weight from liposuction (most lose just several pounds), so it won't affect your bodyfat % that much.

I've always had a question about liposuction. I diet and exercise regularly, but no matter what I can't seem to shed the fat off of my hips. I've had very well defined abs in the past but always have a pear shape.

Is there anything anyone knows of that can get rid of this? My last resort is lipo. Normally I wouldn't care, but it looks quite disproportionate...

eh man, i could never imagine going underneath the knife just to get fat cut off me.

Do some cardio and diet man.

I bet if u were 5% body fat u wouldnt have the fat around ur hips. Or maybe, its just ur bone structure of having wide hips...and if thats the case youd to have widen your upperbody (big lats, shoulders ect.) in order to make it look proportionate. Maybe?

Start by cutting out sodas & junkfood. Do some searching on dieting. It's a lifestyle change bro. Some refer to it as religion.

I dropped 8lbs in a about 2 1/2 weeks just by cutting soda out of my diet and switching to un-sweetend iced tea. I was drinking about 2 cans a day prior to stopping. Its amazing how much of a difference cutting that sugar out did.
