Recurrent injuries

This is sort of in relation to 'conditioning' shins. I have two recurrent injuries that don't ever seem to go away. On my left shin I get a very painful bruise and a lump about the size of a golfball when striking the heavy bag or sparring.
The other is a similar sized lump on my right forearm, but this one appears out of nowhere usually after throwing a few punches. I had a compund fracture of the right radius and ulna that required 2 plates and 10 screws to repair. The plates and screws were left in my arm and I notice some occasional weakness in that area when grappling.

The problem I have is, even if I'm not actively sparring/fighting or I chose another form of cardio (vs. heavybag routine) these injuries still remain. Does anyone have any idea what causes this or what I should try to alleviate these problems? Thanks in advance.

You're asking a medical question. Either you can provide us with your age, more details about your injuries, past medical history, medications you're on, family history, social habits (whether you smoke, drink, take other drugs), and ideally an xray of each injury...

or

you could go get it checked out by a doctor, who will ask you all of those questions but will actually give you the correct answers.

Your choice.
