Recovery help.

Ok, Started mma a few weeks ago and due to the high insurance bill and the fact i want to have the right mentality going into the experienced sector of the training, ive been attending beginner classes.
Anyway !
The fitness aspect of the class is quite hard, however its the recovery part which is hard to live with. Pain everywhere ! Call me a girl or whatever, but dude this is hard. So any ideas on what i should do to ease the pain? Thanks.

I'll throw out the obvious. Getting plenty to eat, resting plenty (naps, laying around, whatever it takes), and quality stretching go a long ways toward minimizing soreness and helping with recovery.

Ease yourself into it. Avoid training till you no longer feel pain. Eventually the pain will go away quicker and quicker and you`ll be able to train more often. If you keep working through the pain you`ll only get injured or burned out.
