Really bad headache after the magic 50...
I was doing the magic 50 today and about the middle of the fourth round my head started to slightly ache and I had the usual fatigue going on too. Anyway about burpee number 5 my legs started to tighten from fatigue but I kept fighting thru, jumping as high as could and after the tenth burpee my head felt like it exploded in pain. I was seriously dizzy, disoriented and felt like I was about a second from passing out. I really though I was having an aneorism(sp?). It fucking sucked. After about a minute the pain was just back to a bad headache for about 15 minutes and now I've had a medium-pain headache for the past 7 hours. I don't know if this is normal or what because the first couple times I did it I just gassed and could hardly finish, but last time I damn near fell over from headache/dizzyness on the momentum from an arm swing. Any suggestions (if "quit being a pussy" is truly advice because this is normal, then I'm all for it).

Your bodies telling you to stop, so stop.
I say "sharp pain = stop, dull pain = keep going"
I recently was doing Tabata (20 seconds "sprint" w/ 10 seconds rest, 8 sets) with jumprope, and at the 4th set (2 minutes in) my brain felt like it was going to explode on my left side.
Stopped, my whole left trap / neck was cramped, hurting like hell.
So, I did some minor compressions on my neck (base of muscle, jam your finger in it / knuckle ala a good sports therapist, and it will release some tension).
Go get your body worked on by a very painful pressure-point (accupressurist, sports therapist) and release some muscles.
OTHERWISE: it also sounds like your body could be doing too much work for the sprint / high intensity training.
Dial it down for a week.

refer to my above post, I really think your neck / back is cramped, tight, and chill with the intense workouts: intervels, plyo's, olympic lifts for a few weeks.
I've had major headaches, neck, back etc. problems most my life, so take care of it.

I've had this happen during Bas's All Around Fighting before. I sprawled on a "Defense!", and when I popped back up I started to get blurred vision, dizzy, and seriously felt like I was going to fall over. It took half an hour off, and finished the last couple of rounds.
Sucks, but definitely stop a workout if you feel like you've really gone too far. I think everyone knows the difference between "convincing" yourself you are "done" and cant go anymore and the biological terror of actually being "done."

Thirding tone it down a bit.
I've had a massive headache appear out of nowhere during a workout, usually it's a heavy conditioning session. They're more pressure headaches, and that's always a good signal to give yourself a bit to see if it goes away.
I'd rather not burst any capillaries or something. Though I do think it's incredibly badass looking when I talk to powerlifters after meets and their eyes are blood red because they strained too hard. The first time I was freaked the fuck out by it, before I knew why it was like that.

ugh the magic 50..brutal stuff. Doesn't look like much on paper but vicious.
As someone said before a dull pain fight through it but a full out pain, especially in your legs or head i wouldn't ignore and stop.

it is simple, but simple does not mean easy
to OP, just a change of pace from what the other people have said, i sometimes get headaches toward the end of a workout that are usually cured with the carbs in my PWO shake or if youre not near the end of the workout try gatorade or bringing a shake with you. however, im not talking about intense pain/ready to black out/persisting for 7 hours or anything like that, if its that serious and its more than a 1 time thing i would get it checked out
