Realistic amount of weight to cut for a 135lber

I'm sorry guys, I know there are tons of weight cutting threads and yes I've read all of them. I'm not asking how to do it, I'm just asking what is a realistic weight I should be at 2-3 days out from my weigh-ins? Its day before weigh-ins by the way.

I don't have too much of a problem with cardio, my problem is the damn munchies and a tendency to procrastinate. I'm right around 145 at the moment. I have never made this cut before. Previous competition weights have been at 150lbs and 160lbs. And those times I only cut about 4-5 lbs fairly easily. I'm really testing myself by aiming for 135lb (haven't been that weight since high school).

Anyone who weighs less than 150lbs and cuts weight, your input would be greatly appreciated. Also how taxing was it on your gas tank, seeing as how 10lbs for a 135lber is quite a high % of your body weight.
