Rate my circuit

This is a circuit i made up, i videoed it on my camera but forgot the lead to put it on youtube, so i'll upload it tomorrow.

Please bear in mind, i don't know the correct name for all the exercises.

I would say its ok. Your going to have to figure out something longer than a 20 minute work out. Unless your going balls out, sorry if your female but you know what I mean, 20 minutes isnt going to get you too conditioned.

You definitely have a varied workout, but maybe you should incorporate some more REAL GOOD cardio (sprints, stairs, burpees, etc.) and see how you feel.

But congrats on being active and wanting to learn more.

I'm completely lost regarding the first 2 exercises.

Erm, i'm not actually female, i'm in disguise, the circuit is only part of a two hour session including, skipping, stretching, bag/padwork and sparring. It's the last 20 minutes, i should have explained myself better.

Paolo, sorry i can't explain better, you'll see when i upload the vid.

You can never go wrong adding in burpees.

The description of the kb swings confuses me and I have a funny image in my head of what you mean. You know when you go to sporting event and they give out free towels that you twirl above your head? I have an image like that, except with a kettlebell on the towel which can't possibly be correct.

I was thinking its kinda like the hammer toss without tossing anything.

Based on the clip I would say replace that KB exercise with sledge hammer work. So 30 sledge hammer shots onto a tyre


edit- I just looked at the whole video.

#1- what kind of crap chin ups are those
#2- why are you basically just twisting through a 30* ROM with your medicine ball twists. Have you got a bad back. Why is it held so close to your body. If you can't do it properly, either lower the weight in the ball or don't do it. It's supposed to be explosive.

I don't care if you're fucked, do proper exercises with the correct form.

I'm going to look at more of it now, that was just me scanning through a few parts.

Also, put on a shirt and lose the punisher shorts ffs.


edit- deeper squats, more ROM on the russian twists
