Based on the clip I would say replace that KB exercise with sledge hammer work. So 30 sledge hammer shots onto a tyre
edit- I just looked at the whole video.
#1- what kind of crap chin ups are those
#2- why are you basically just twisting through a 30* ROM with your medicine ball twists. Have you got a bad back. Why is it held so close to your body. If you can't do it properly, either lower the weight in the ball or don't do it. It's supposed to be explosive.
I don't care if you're fucked, do proper exercises with the correct form.
I'm going to look at more of it now, that was just me scanning through a few parts.
Also, put on a shirt and lose the punisher shorts ffs.
edit- deeper squats, more ROM on the russian twists
