Quick question regarding complexes.

Is it possible to incorporate complexes with my strength and power training. I do my strength training 3 times a week, I was curious if it would make sense to maybe do once or twice a week complexes inbetween the strength training. Or should I simply seperate the two, like a few months doing strength, the complexes.

You can do them at the same time, I usually put mine either on my off lifting days or straight after lifting.

Yeah at the same time is fine provided you are getting enough rest and not trying to go too heavy on the complexes

Oh yeah of course not, the worst thing to do is overtrain... gotta let the muscles rebuild and rest up. I was only planning on using the barbell with like maybe... 25 on each end.
