Quick Question?
My Question is very simple.
My recovery time is getting very good. after a 3 min round I am ready to go again within 30 - 45 seconds. I can do this for as many rounds as we train in a givin night. sometimes 8-10 rounds.
What my problem is, after the first round I am getting tired in the middle of the rounds to the point that i cant throw good combinations, im heavy handed, and I start breathing prety hard. I take alot of damage at this point as well.
This happens when we are doing anthing from sparing, wrestling, or just medicine ball workouts. I used to box and this was a problem then too.
What do I need to do to fix this? I'v tried doing H.i.t training, long distance training... everything.
