A light sweat is my goal, about 5-8 minutes.

Probably somewhat, but most likely more due to a few more months of hard training and the fact that I didn't do them at 11:00 PM after a hard day this time.

Thanks to this thread, I've started incorporating some morning GPP to my routine. Past three mornings I started off my day with a 10rep BW squat/pushup ladder. Makes my morning feel a lot more energized.
