Hit a clean and press (non staggered stance) PR today (170).-This was not morning GPP, taking a break from that today (becuase my real Saturday workouts are KILLER... )

This is similar to one I used to do, but it was 10 push ups, 10 horizontal pulls (under the kitchen table) 10 squats, 10 ball-bridge curls . Then 8, 6, 4(I'd start doing clap push-ups and jump squats) then 2. Total reps are about the same though.


Just one of those things I'd do when I finished work and didn't have an hour+ for the gym. This is also before I discovered these forums and the All Mighty Burpee.

10 "standing bench presses" + 10 OHP + 10 Upright rows + 10 Good Mornings + 10 V-ups
50 Moutain climbers

Hit a long awaited bench press PR today...coincidence...?

Congrats!

Just wondering: You work up enough to get a sweat going? How long (approx) are these sessions? I'm guessing like 5-6 minutes?
