This is similar to one I used to do, but it was 10 push ups, 10 horizontal pulls (under the kitchen table) 10 squats, 10 ball-bridge curls

. Then 8, 6, 4(I'd start doing clap push-ups and jump squats) then 2. Total reps are about the same though.
Just one of those things I'd do when I finished work and didn't have an hour+ for the gym. This is also before I discovered these forums and the All Mighty Burpee.
