Really cool, XTrainer, I really like this idea and am going to start implementing it

Question: Is this something you're doing "right outa bed", as in, throw the sheets off and start banging out BW squats? Or do you let yourself wake up, grab a coffee or whatever, then do your morning GPP?
Right frikn' out of bed, except for last Wednesday.

Burpees are not fun when you have morning wood. True story.

Is the aim to just get the sleep out via exercise, jump starting your ****bolism or are you trying to increase your workload slightly?

I've been considering this for a long time as a way to A) wake up and B) Boost my ****bolism for the day. I may start giving it a try, with mine looking something like:

Jump rope x 1 minute
Burpees x 1 minute
Jumping Jacks x 1 minute
Sprawl x 1 minute
Shadowbox x 1 minute

I nominate this thread for "The Coolest Fucking Thread" of the month.

I'm highly interested in seeing how this affects everyone doing it; it seems like nothing (as far as quantity), but I'm sure there's a correlation similar to nutrient timing---it's not so much the WHAT, but the WHEN.

I'm not jumping on the bandwagon and starting this tomorrow, since:

1) I'm an injured piece of shit, and

2) I basically need about 20 ounces of liquid cocaine to wake me up enough so I can think.

But it's a damn thought-provoking thread, and I'm watching closely.

All of the above. I went more into depth as to "why" on the first page.
