Pulled muscle therapy

I pulled my right groin pretty bad last night at bjj class. Any remedies? I thought I stretched it pretty good before class, but I guess not. I did side stretches and butterflies. I stretched after I pulled it, but it didn't help.

Should I keep stretching or just use it tenderly?

I did the same thing a few weeks ago. A pulled groin is a motherfucker... I went to a therapist, and they told me to keep stretching but not into the pain...only to the point where you feel a stretch. Since I couldn't train for 1.5 weeks approx, I just did lite cardio initially and stretched alot. Once you did you first set of groin stretches, shake it off and keep repeating the stretches during the same session(this way you will be able to actually lengthen the muscle in a safe fashion).
