is drinking or eating until you vomit a good idea?
basically doing anything to yourself to the point of being physically ill isn't good for you. it might toughen you up mentally but at the same time you might start to measure the quality of your workouts by how awful you feel afterwords. not very healthy.
BYKI is right. stay hydrated if you plan on tossing your cookies.
