Here are some from Ross's site.

BURPEE INTERVALS
Burpees x30secs
Shadowbox x30secs
Continue for 2-3mins Repeat 4-6 rounds

NO EXCUSES
Pullupsx60 secs
Burpeesx60secs
Squatsx60secs
Pushupsx60secs

Repeat for 45,30 and 15secs without rest. Takes 10mins to complete.

THE 500
100 Burpees
100 Situps
100 Pushups
100 Pullups
100 Squats
Complete as fast as possible

CINDY (I think)
Pullups x5
Pushups x10
Squats x15
Repeat as many times as possible in 30 mins

RANDOM CIRCUIT
10 Burpees
10 Vups
10 Squats
10 Pushups
Repeat as many times as possible in 20 mins

LEG CIRCUIT
10 Burpees
20 Lunges (10 per leg)
30 Squats
Repeat 5 times

Use your imagination...

That 500 one looks brutal... yet fun.

I'm going to try it at the end of this week.

Use a sturdy treebranch or a childrens playground outside to do pullups.

the 500 seems almost impossibble. i just dont know how someone could finish it.

100 burpees. a pain but very doable.

100 sit ups. no problem

100 pushups??? thats 200 pushups thus far because of the burpee push up.

100 pull ups?? after the 200 pushups your upper body will be toast

100 squats?? well this is 200 squats ....

I know i could not do this. Maybe in a year or so... if someone can do this then WOW, i salute you.

.
I dont think its required that you do them nonstop in that specific order. You could do pyramid style even.
