Mma Routine

aryt..so the current gym im staying in is pretty good. My Main instructor teaches boxing, and jiu jitsu on sundays. I also take submission wrestling on tuesdays and thursdays. But i feel that if i wana be good in MMA i have to train MMA style. So im currently asking my trainer if we could change the schedule up on sat. The rest would be the same but on saturdays it will be mma.

Were both thinking of a routine to do, but we need all the help. Heres wat we have so far

a. 3x5min rounds shadow boxing(instructor calls out sprawl/shoot from time to time)
b. 3X5 mitt work
c. sprawl.jump over obstacles 1,2 and 3,kickjabstraightkick, jump back 3,2,1, sprawl
repeat 3x3 min
d. 3X5 ground and pound bag work
e. 3X3 ground and pound bag work(student A), while student B drags the bag, and student C willl push student A around. (got tihs from watching Tito Ortiz)
f. cooldown
g. ABS

i havnt tried this yet...and i think i have to lessent he time a bit.haha..but anyways...wat are ur suggestions

drills are great. you need to add sparring so you can apply some of the stuff from drills and develop your muscle memory
