Praise for Thidbeau's running routine in the stickies.

I have been doing the IBUR routine that is in the stickies. That thing is great. Im losing bodyfat, cardio is getting better and better. Next week will be 4 weeks and then I try the Interval stuff.

Every fat ass here should try IBUR for a few weeks. I love it.

IBUR stands for Interval Build-Up Running and it is indeed an ass-kicker of a workout.
