Pain in the tailbone

I dont know what it is but ive been lifting recnetly and there is pain on my tailbone area. I knoe the gay jokes are coming but seriously though, wat is it?

I think i found the problem. I think its Coccydynia. If people know how to cure this ailment, let me know.

I don't know your coccyx from a hole in the wall.......

I had a slight herniation of third and fourth lumbar discs two months ago. My therapist had me doing a variety of pelvic stretches (as LoF was the source of my prob) but off handedly she mentioned runner stretches (i.e. standing hamstring stretch) to help alleviate shooting pain and numbness in my ass, legs and feet. She claims this stretches the sciatic nerves (that run through your spinal column and sacral area then down both legs.).

What do I know? I can't even spell.

Maybe you are not gay. You could just be a tight ass.
