P90X Does those dvd's really work?

P90x update?

That was a huge thread and you will get a lot of different views on the program among other opinions.

As to your question if it works or not, It Depends on your goals. I don't see any reason why it won't work for a lot of people because the program consists of working out hard and eating right....can't go wrong with that, right?

BUT you can do some research and probably put together a program yourself. I have used p90x when I just getting back into exercising and it def. helped me a lot to get me in better shape but now I do my own stuff. Ultimately it relies on what you want to do.

The p90x program looks something like this so you get an idea

Monday, Strength Training/ abs
Tuesday, cardio workout in the form of plyo
Wed, strength training/ abs
Thursday, Yoga
Friday, Strength usually legs and back
Saturday, Kempo for cardio
