over-sweating during training

this probably sounds bizzarre, but when I train in MT I sweat a lot. I've only been doing it for about 2 weeks, so that might be the problem, but I basically sweat more than everyone else combined during training. I get red in the face and have sweat flying when I hit the bag, and dripping around me on the floor off my face. This goes on even into the cool down, where I am still dripping, and my t shirt is like a wet rag. I should probably just forget about it and keep improving my cardio to take care of the problem, but I thought I'd see what others thought.

Actually I beleive in shape people usually sweat more than out of shape people. I sweat like a pig when I work out. I like being all sweaty though....as long as it doesn't stink. Don't use it as a measure as to how good of shape you are in though....be proud...and make sure you DRINK plenty.

I was told good athletes sweat a lot because it represents their ability to efficiently cool the body temp down.

I sweat like a bastard but I don't think it is because I'm some elite athlete.

I believe it just varies person to person. My friend who is in shape doesn't sweat very much either, whereas I sweat alot.

man.....I sweat more then about 3 people put togetherat my gym

On wed we train on like tilled floor.....I can't get a workout because I can't ground myself when I punch, kick (supporting foot slips then when the kicking leg returns I can't bounce off the ground with it) . It's like thai boxing on ice.

Summer is worse time of all (ie now)

I hate that floor
