this is pretty cool, just found it while browsing. it's an old bodyweight exercise book from the 40's.

Yeah I have seen that before, much of the things at sandow is hard to get something out of but those two are some of the best finds in their. Whery good stuff.

And I love the; "everytime you see a bunch of strong men, weightlifters and bodybuilders together they will do handstands and compete in walking on their hands together"....

It was obviously a much different time with more agile bodibuilders... lol
