08:38, including the final 15-second rest.

EDIT: somebody owes me lunch.
Thanks to this I just spit milk all over the desk.

I'm gonna try this, fail, puke into a bucket, then try again. Hope I don't die.

HOLY FUCK this was rough.

I consider myself a fairly conditioned individual but this shit was ridiculous.

9:56 here lol.

I think after the 6th set or so I was thinking to myself "fuck this shit man im done." After the 8th set Elvis appeared and he was encouraging me to continue. And after the final set EMS appeared to restart my fucking heart.

Edit: Forget to add the final 15 secs so I guess it's 10:11. Damn was really proud of sub-10 min too. Also fuck you ross for making this shit up. They should have done this in Guantanamo

It kinda scares me that the two guys that have done this both have really good conditioning and it still took almost 10 minutes. I'm thinking this is going to take me at least 20 minutes. 20 brutal, awful minutes

This is gonna sound dumb and not fair and possibly stupid but can we skip the 15 seconds rest if we want?

interesting.

i used to do quite a bit of sprinting and medium distance running when i was at my peak a few months ago so i'd like to see how i go.

that said i moved to Italy 6 weeks ago and have barely trained

i'm probably going to cack it on the pushups more than the running.
(now i gotta find a friggin track)

No. The original workout had a 50m jog to give you a bit of time to recover but since people won't jog at the same speed it was changed to 15 seconds so it's consistent for everyone.
