Also, are these straight back sprawls or hp down sprawls?

6:25 175 lbs.
followed by 100 slegehammer swings with a 3.6 kg hammer in 2:19 and 50 jumping jacks/50 mountain climbers twice in 3:06.

not bad, considering i went thru about 3/4 of a bottle of jack and 2 boxes of smokes last nite.

what is an hp down sprawl?

as long as you go from standing to having a minimum of your feet to hips on the ground thats fine, if you want to go flat down on your chest thats fine but not required

do them at the gym then, or sprawl so your legs land flat and don't slide back

You don't need a mat. I did these out in my garage with a concrete floor. Just a good pair of shoes on, so when you go on the top of your feet it's not so bad.

I'll probably try these again on Wednesday, before my cardio routine. Good warmup ... I'll make my brother do them also.

You're not sprawling then.

Do it on grass.

Its a mispelling of "hip down", as in one hip and leg are flat on the ground, the other at an angle away with the other hip up.
