tried it in work fellas 13 mins 12 secs.... dam it was hard but the floor did not help being a thin work type carpet but at least i am off the mark

3.48, Im not bothered about not being included in these older competitions, I am just getting back in shape to fight and thought I would share the time.
Im just going back and trying to beat the first place times on a few of these monthly challenges. Nice workout

Im far , far stronger than I am 'fit' so I look forward to the bw deadlift and magic 60 challenges.
