November Challenge: 100 1,2, sprawls

Novembers Challenge

100 1 2 sprawls for time

What to do:
Starting in your fight stance throw a 1 2 combo into a heavy bag or shadowboxing. After the combo perform a full sprawl. For those who don't know a 1 2 combo is a jab and a cross, a sprawl is when you kick your legs and hips back to avoid a takedown. You must perform a full sprawl, your legs from feet to hips should be flat on the ground. Stand up from the sprawl rinse and repeat 100 times.

Rules:
- No whitebelts *exceptions will be made if i know you
- Time starts with the first punch, it ends after the final sprawl
- you can rest at anytime but the clock must continue to run.
- every move must be done fully, no half punches and no sprawls to your knees.

Can I take a piece of chalk and just write on the sidewalk after each rep?

I really would get lost after 80. I can't remember if I've done a triple or double some times.

That's averaging a rep every 6 seconds, roughly. Nice.

Rep every 5 seconds would be 8:20

Every 4.5 would be 7:30

4, 6:40

3.5, 5:50

I is the maff mastar.

I'll have to admit after about 20 I was reconsidering doing it. I was doing 10 at a time, waiting 15 seconds then moving on. Eventually I got to 50 and just figured I'll get a high time and not pussy out, why stop at 50. Did 10 more at a time up to 60. Then did a set of 15, then a set of 25. Jumping up and down sucks. Let's push press.
