Training For Warriors

Has anyone read the book Training for Warriors by Martin Rooney? If so what did you think?

It's a great book. It helps to have the DVD's as well. The information in there is top notch.

Does the Training for Warriors DVD show every single movement for the dynamic warmup or do you have do buy that DVD by itself?

I've got the book right here on my desk. I didn't know there were accompanying dvds. The book is pretty easy to understand though.

I was thinking about picking up a copy too. Does it compare to II or Never Gymless?
