What are ways you guys avoid this running long distances when taking off your shirt is not an option? Thanks for the suggestions.

Tape them babies up. You don't want to go through life with callused nipples.

Also, ditch the t-shirt and get a proper running top made from synthetics. They're more comfortable and don't need to be washed as often.

This is what I do. I buy the spot band-aids. Or you can pay twice as much and buy special nipple covers, which are in fact- spot band-aids.
