Nick's DVD Progress

Hey guys I'm currently 210 and 5 foot 11. I'm committed to lose weight James Thompson style. Frank Shamrock's Ultimate Home Workout and Bas Rutten's fitness DVD. I will keep a diary here of what I did and my weekly weight. Although I'm in school fulltime and working fulltime at the moment I may only do 4 days a week sometimes I think that's enough for significant weight loss as I am very out of shape. I am strong from my work in carpentry and warehouses but need to lose the belly. This is my annoying diary so get used to seeing it on the frontpage

Monday Feb 19 2007
Weight: 210 lbs
Completed Bas Rutten DVD
