New to Training

I want to start training but am having some trouble determining what i want to do
i live near philly and have access to every type of martial arts

my primary concern is conditioning i am way out of shape and 29 years old
and i have no interest competing just get in shape and learning something new

so id like to hear what people suggest i should do and if you know of a good place to train in philly that would be appreciated too

First off quit worshiping false figures, lmao, just playing I love the series.

Read the FAQ in the conditioning forum, the Strength and power forum, and the diet and supplementation forum. Start there and learn as much as possible.

If you're going for straight conditioning you need to make your own program of GPP (general physical preparedness) and cardio work. To start I'd say get a good cardio base, by running and light weight lifting (read S&P). Then you should move into more advanced things.

thanks,
my problem is i get bored with whole run and lift thing,
i had enough of that when i was in the marines
(theres a reason for you to stop being nice, just kidding)
i am trying to expand my horizons and hopefully find something that is entertaining and and effective i have always wanted to learn and train and now i have the time and money
