I'm in already in love with, and terrified of this challenge.

Is that normal?
Do I have a problem?!

Ok, so what poundages should we use here?

25, 35 and 50? Or just 35 and 50?

I suggest that we try to do it with 25 lbs and see how it goes first. I think what we will find is that the guys who can do a couple of reps with the 50s or the 60s still couldn't make it to 100 with the 25s. I will try it with the 25s in the next few days and report on how it goes. We could also say that if you are bigger than 200 use 35s, if you are smaller use the 25s.

I'd rather just keep it simpler than that.

I'm in for the one handed 100 lb barbell snatch x 100 reps challenge
