what to do with blisters and bruises on my feet?

Hi All, this is my first post ever on Sherdog. I've been reading a lot in the Nutrition area but I have a question about the bottom of my own feet.

I just started doing Muy Thai Cardio fitness stuff, and I am doing 3-4 times a week. The balls of my feet are ripping up and I am getting tnos of blisters. Is there anything I can use to help me continue 3-4 without having to wait for the blisters to heal?

Also, yesterday I wasnt able to kick the bags because my shins and feet were swelling. Outside of just kicking the bag more properly and icing at night, is there anything else i should be doing?

thanks again!

Let them heal and toughen up

Its a shedding process we all have to go through (especially if you train on a wooden floor).

Don't pop them. I used to do that, got a infection and it went septic. I was on antibiotics and unable to kick (I did boxing to train) until the day after a fight
