After my first burpee time, I decided to work hard, with more emphasis, on my burpee training. I've been doing many burpee sets, almost everyday. I started with 50 burpees a set and slowly increased the number of burpees, every week. I've been incorporating harder exercises into the burpees, too! I've been combining dumbells, tuck jumps, and pushups into my sets. After some of those burpees, you'll begin to understand the true meaning of pain, lol.
