i attempted it today....ill post a time when i can actually DO 100 burpees!

NOTE: shoulder wasnt agreeing with the pushups....got 50 burpees in 7min


give me 2 weeks....ill get 100 in 8min

5:10!!

After my first burpee time, I decided to work hard, with more emphasis, on my burpee training. I've been doing many burpee sets, almost everyday. I started with 50 burpees a set and slowly increased the number of burpees, every week. I've been incorporating harder exercises into the burpees, too! I've been combining dumbells, tuck jumps, and pushups into my sets. After some of those burpees, you'll begin to understand the true meaning of pain, lol.

10.59 - Needs work, I didnt warm up either which probably didnt help.
