No...I included jumps, too, just not tuck jumps as Sonny said in the first post. So did he really mean no jumps, period? I guess I'll have to redo this soon...

LOL if there is no jump, than there is no burpee...

On a side note, its been ages since an update and imma bout to knock another couple minutes off, not counting the 4 I knocked off on my 2nd attempt, so lets get this thread some life again? I dig progress

So alright this is a burpee you drop down to a full push up and then do a jump no tuck jump?

Am I correct? That's sounds fuckin hard lol.

Yes. I think somewhere near the beginning I posted a video with Ross Enamait doing them, so as to give everyone an example of what should be done.

And yes, they are fucking hard lol.

Real fucking hard lol.




This is the WC 101. Wait till the :25 mark, and you'll see the burpees.
