MMM...I've been doing II now for about 2 weeks and was doing some pretty intense random burpee/conditioning training for about 2 weeks before that, so I am going to estimate about 4-5 minutes coming off my time.

**Note: I have also been smoke free and alcohol free for this month of training now. (Weed and cigarettes) I never plan on starting again I feel so much better, what was I thinking all those years? (Some drinking might happen...but hey, nobodys perfect)

Very very nice. I'll have to retest, but not for at least a week. Ive just started my next 5 days training off with dragging, pushing and pulling a truck, also sparring and running tonight. Hopefully will test next week.

Nice one, well done mate.

Congrats, man, that's great.

I did this again today....man oh man...I have not been running at all over the past couple of months and the time was.....baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.

So now I will be doing 100 burpees everyday and posting time as punishment for being a lazy ass.

12:30, but I cheated: I included a jump.
