I'm doing the jump up onto a box as per FTC and it has slowed me down so it will be a while before I can post a better time.

As per what now? And how high is this box?

That might actually be a good idea, if we all had to jump onto or over something so that there was a standard height. When we do this in class sometimes we just used thai pads, sometimes heavy bags. Obviously one is much harder than the other.

Great, now I gotta do this again, and shave 12 seconds off to get back into Top 5. Sonofa....

Right! Ive been injured a bit since my last comp and have done scant work as I thought it was a rib injury. Im pretty sure now its just muscular. Done a bit of body weight stuff the last couple of days and a bit of racket sports and tyre dragging.

So tomorrow Im gonna do 5 sets of 20, each set is gonna take 50 secs and Im gonna take 20 secs rest.

So my time Im gonna post tomorrow is 5.30!

Ill report back

Well this is my second time through Ross' 50 day Never Gymless program and today was 100 burpee day. I have to say I am proud of myself... I went from a previous time of 6:17 to my current time 5:41. After this semester I plan to move onto Ross' Infinite Intensity Program. So yeas... I recorded the burpees today; maybe I'll post a vid if I figure this video camera thing out.... heh

I haven't timed it yet but the time difference is pretty obvious. I'm using my 12in squat box. I just got to be carefull I don't knock all my teeth out jumping off the box and back into the pushup postion.
