How are you guys doing Burpees so fast? Even fresh it takes me about 4 seconds to do one which would help explain my crappy times which I won't even post till I get it down a bit. Something about how I'm doing them must be inefficient as I'm new to Burpees.

Question about form, I was under the impression that you are supposed to squat down first then thrust to a pushup. I noticed on Youtube that a lot of people aren't squatting down much they sort of go str8 from standing to a pushup with just a very shallow squat. Is this allowed for the challenge, it seems like this would be a lot faster.

I'm gonna see what I can do during my lunch break tomorrow.. i gotta get this challenge done so I can do the 1,2,sprawl one going

I agree.. i feel like a lot of people are basically sprawl>push up>jump as opposed to squat>thrust back> push up>crouch>jump... maybe not though

Ok it's about time I really pushed my conditioning and stop spending all my time in the S&P forum. I'm going to try all the conditioning challenges. I've been training conditioning for several months now but obviously not hard enough because I suck. When I first tried this I made it to 75 burbees in about 10 minutes and said fuck...this...shit. This time I got all 100 in 13:44. Bodyweight barely under 200. There is plenty room for improvement, I didn't even push myself enough to puke.
