I'm new to this, but I'm 210lbs and I clocked in at 14 min and 30 seconds, crappy I know, workin on it.

Phooy! Be glad you finished. There are MANY people that don't have the willpower to finish this challenge. 14:30 is a very respectable time, my brother who's 40lbs lighter then you and a gym teacher took 12:30 his first try.

I find it best not to overly compare yourself to others in this challenge. There are so many variables (i.e. height, weight, age, sex, form, jump height, etc) that make comparisons very difficult.

You guys that completed this are some fucking studs!

I decided to start doing burpees like this just to eventually do the 100. I did just 20 and can not believe how out of breathe I was! God knows what was supposed to look like the pushup portion of this was pathetic as well!

My hats off to you guys. I'm going to practice these some more to make sure I got them right then post a time next week.

Good damn job to all who tried and especially if you kicked ass at it!

bit of a lurker here, dont post too much in Conditioning, but Im always looking for ways to get it!!

Done it today for the first time - 6 mins 40

I did 10 x 8 then 20 to finish

Im gonna try for a sub 6 - ill keep you posted - Im 165lbs
