What's worse was when I used to run Commando. My balls felt like someone thumped them about 20 minutes in.

Add me to the list...my first attempt i clocked in at 6:59...holy shit that was gnarly...i think i can get it down to the low 6 minute mark...but it wont be easy, and im 196 lbs when i left the gym.

Hi mate, Ive had 3 pro fights. Not going to be doing burpees again anytime soon. Im hoping to try and get 1st place on the conditioning challenge too, but the best runner I aint. Lol. Am working on it but am training for a fight at the moment so with sparring twice a day, 5 days a week with hill sprints etc it becomes difficult to fit it in.
