First try, 10:28 @ 200+ (haven't touched a scale in weeks, i'm probably about 205 and dropping).

Had to keep stopping to rest, but i didn't stop the clock.

Tomorrow's the day. I half assed it at the gym today so hopefully tomorrow will be better. I might consider doing them in the morning before going to work as I seem to have more energy at that time.
