7:25 at 190lbs.

fuck im getting heavy, so fucking annoying get served shit loads at dinner and having a cupboard full of potatoe chips etc.

im gonna switch it up, and try get more conditioning work done, maybe only lift 2 times a week. hate going into a lifting session feeling sore from conditioning training the day before.

NOTE TO SELF

STOP EATING SO MUCH

yeah, the first time i did it i got 8:00, so improvement! that was couple weeks ago.

once i get my copy of infinity intensity, im coming after you top dogs.

the mental side of my effort today got to me, constantly thinking 'do i push harder? can i push harder and faster? how much do i have left to give?

even if your tough and got heart, its just hard to use it in the right place and time, hopefully i can figure out in the future when to keep going at a steady rate and when to push myself.

Video of me doing burpees. Any suggestions? Particularly with my form. I usually gas around 50 straight, I haven't tried 100 straight, don't think I could manage.

Looks good to me. I don't know about doing 50 straight though. I break it up into 10, 8 or 5 reps, other here do it by Tabata protocol (20 seconds go, 10 rest) etc. You'll probably have an easier time getting to 100 that way.

Ah shit, that is my problem. I do 50 really quick all at once and then I'm completely gassed and want to throw up. Also, this is one exercise where having a good vertical is a hindrance for time.

Do you guys use a stop watch?

I use a stop watch but for testing I get someone else to time it for me.
