My thigh is good enough for burpees now. How does a set of tabatas twice a week sound for improvement?

I tested yesterday morning after a shot of java and got 6 minutes "comfortably."

I did a two set of Burpees today in the sweet sixteen. The first set I got at least 60 and the second set I got about 40 so I think breaking into the 7min range is in the near future.

Ya, that sounds pretty good. Is that the one where ya do tabata on the bag, then burpees, x 2? If so, you should be <7 no problem. Hell, under 6 would seem reasonable.

No, I did burpee, med.punch heavy bag, eliptical, then burpee. I get a little bit of recovery on the eliptical it seems. At my weight it's the jump that's holding me back.

There are a zillion members here but how many guys are doing this challenge? I had a natural high today after my workout that lasted for hours.

i know i don't post in here and I don't want to intrude but I'm gonna do this challenge tomorrow. I am typing this so i'll be more motivated to do it incase I get a case of the "i'd rather just run"s or something.

I'm above 200lbs so I'm hoping to just break 10mins but I'll be happy if I can just finish. I'll post the time tomorrow
