Until you have posted your vid people will asume you are a lying troll. So to get some credibility back on sherdog in the forums that "count" you need to post it. Untill then you should shut up.

And im not saying this to be rude either.

I'm a jerk because you are trying to lie to us. So you are telling me that you completed 100 burpees in 3:37 while still taking a 30 second break? GIVE ME A FREAKING BREAK.

If you want to prove that you are telling the truth, then post the vid. I mean, Ross Enamait probably can't get 100 burpees in 3:37, and we are supposed to believe that a 16 year old white belt with only 11 posts is telling the truth? I'm not saying that you are absolutely positively lying to us, but I think it is highly, highly, highly probable that you are. If you are lying, then why did you pick our board? I mean, you could of gone over to the bodybuilding forums and had 21 inch biceps, or T-nation and have a 1500 total, but why did you choose to come to sherdog and complete the 100 burpee challenge in 3:37?

Hi everyone,
I just joined the forum - please flame me now if you're going too!.
I took this test a few days ago after seeing this thread and I was shocked at how horrible it was and how my training has been/is far too designed around aerobic fitness. I looked at the challenge initially and thought that considering I run roughly 5 miles about 4 days a week and train MMA (mainly BJJ) the other 3 that I'd walk it.

Very wrong! ha

I did this challenge and completed it, not without a struggle though.
I'm 25 years, 26 in 5 days and weigh about 145lps, my weight's pretty steady.
The challenge took me 9 mins 41 seconds.

It was horrible, I found my legs were fucked after about 6 of these damb things and after that I literally had to do them in quick spurts and then stop to walk around/shake my legs. Anyway, anough of the yapping. Please add me to the list on the front page, I plan on doing this again in the next week, if I improve then I'll let you guys know...
