I'm unsure about the proper form here. There are two different videos that come up from searching "burpees" in google. In one (at rosstraining.com), the guy hits the ground with his entire body and then jumps, in the other (at bodybuilding.com), the guy stays in the pushup position when he drops. More like a sprawl with a jump after it. Which one are you all doing? Needless to say, the first way is so much harder than the second.
