I can do 48 in five minutes... does that count for anything? GOD I suck at this. We should start a 48 burpee challenge.

urban how are you doing your burpees all out to 48 or spliting them up
I do them 10 x 10 30 to 60 sec rest

Alright fellas, I'll jump in on this. I anticipate around the 10min mark.


I'll do it tomorrow before my weight workout (which will obviously now be shitty).

I just dropped from 237 - 222 in the last 6 weeks.

Weight loss/BF% loss will be tracked weekly with 100 Burpee Challenge results.

did it in 8:20 before my heavybag workout. weight 170. ill try it again in a couple days to see if i can get it down.

Sweet jesus. I really, really suck. I got to 45 and started dry heaving. This is a real self-esteem killer. lol

I'm not sure my "form" is correct, but I was sure to do a good tuck every time.


I'll keep working towards the 100.


EDIT: Holy shit. I just saw a video of it at rosstraining.com. I was waaayyy off. Well, I was similar, but much more "rigid" and not enough "flow." Still wouldn't have gotten to 100 though, I don't think.

I did it in 5:50 today which is the fastest time I've had in a few weeks. I don't think I'll ever get below 5:40 again.
