40 yrs old

I reported this result at Rosstraining.com on their forum, and since I've lurked over here for a while before joining up as a member, I thought I'd jump into the fray. I did 10 x 10 with about 10 seconds rest in between. I figure if I can do it straight without the rest I might get down another 1:30. That may take some time to get to.

Sure beats sitting on the couch watching "Everybody Loves Raymond".

Update: 7:21, numbers 60-100 had tuck jumps. Bile is yummy.

I realize I'm probably not doing something right. Because after a while, my shoulder really feels sore, and It hurts like a bitch to do the push up.

Any suggestions on why that is?

Also, try some ibuprofen 20 minutes BEFORE burpees. I used to get serious neck pain after doing them but the ibuprofen did the trick.
