I reported this result at Rosstraining.com on their forum, and since I've lurked over here for a while before joining up as a member, I thought I'd jump into the fray. I did 10 x 10 with about 10 seconds rest in between. I figure if I can do it straight without the rest I might get down another 1:30. That may take some time to get to.
Sure beats sitting on the couch watching "Everybody Loves Raymond".
