Multiply your weight by 20

Thats how many calories a day you should take in.

40% should come from Carbs
40% from protien
20% from fat.

For you thats 2800 calories

1120 calories from Carbs
1120 from Protien
560 from Fat

Thats

280 grams of Carbs
280 grams of Protien
62 grams of Fat. Each 5-6 times a day

Do what azjudoboxer said, but make sure you exercise.

What's been said is good - minimal cardio work, heavy weights w/ low reps.
get a good whey protein. have one in the morning and one after your workout.
do a lot of squats, chin ups, tricep dips, rows.

meh i never liked the minimal cardio advice because though it might help gain some weight it more than likely will not be lean weight. Stay in shape while gaining weight... that should be the goal especially since you are posting this in the conditioning forums =) In turn however you will just have to eat more for the amount of calories that you will be burning off

eat 5-6 OR MORE times a day
whey based protein first thing when you wake up
casein based protein right before bed

3 solid food meals and one post workout shake (whey based)

on your lifting, make sure you're doing heavy compound, multiple joint exercises. dont waste your time on isolation machines, you wanna be doing the big ones:
squats or leg press
deadlifts
bench press (flat, incline, decline)
bent over rows
dumbbell or military press
barbell curls
skullcrushers

do 2 warm up sets, 3-4 work sets on all except for arms...they require a little less work due to the indirect stimulation they get from chest/back/shoulder work. you may even want to split this all into 2 workouts, doing half the body one day, the rest on the next. monday and thursday, you do workout #1 and on tuesday and friday, you do workout #2. you're training 4 days a week, each muscle group gets hit twice per week.

keep in mind, these arent rules set in stone, they're simply basic guidelines. feel free to modify and tweak as necessary.

Good advice. I'd suggest the standard 40-30-30 zone tho. Add to that a decent weight training program and as much sleep as possible
